Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought. Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children.

The hotel room itself was pretty standard. However, Karen at the Front Desk made our stay Very Special & Memorable! Also, the free breakfast was more than what we expected after experiencing the hotel room. Parking was also very convenient to the room.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. 3 EV chargers (2 Tesla, 1 standard). Free breakfast in the morning in the lobby area. Cereal, yogurt, bagels /cream cheese, bread (for the toaster), Golden Malted Waffle station, juice station, coffee. Karen at the front desk was very friendly and and made us feel welcome. She is such a sweetheart.

The service was phenomenal - Karen and Zane are warm, friendly and helpful! Other staff we've run into have all been friendly as well. The room is clean and well appointed. Location is easily accessible and Pine top is beautiful. My dog was able to join us too!

Pros: Friendly, efficient staff Cleanliness of room and grounds Laminate flooring vs carpet in rooms Fridge and microwave in room Towels are thick and clean Quiet although it’s right off a main road Cons: This is a motel, not a hotel - rooms open to the outside Rooms are old - bathtub was chipped, mirror and counter were stained Beds are truly awful unless you sleep separately; if you sleep with your partner and they move, the entire bed shakes like an earthquake. At 2 am we finally gave up and slept apart. Although free breakfast is advertised online and in rooms, it was not available. The office was locked; several guests were wandering around the hotel at 7 am looking for the breakfast that was supposed to start at 6:30. It’s a relatively cheap motel and you get what you pay for. Probably would stay somewhere else in the future.

Horrible experience 1. The beds were flimsy at best 2. The blow dryer did not work 3. Breakfast was a joke. I pulled a hair out of the waffle batter and the clerk could care less. The fruit was old and not edible, the coffee was just colored water The only good thing was we were able to get out and not pay the extra night. I will never come back to this place.

We had a good stay at the Quality Inn. What made it especially good was Karen at the front desk. She was efficient and friendly. When we had an issue in our room, she took care of it quickly. Even with several phone calls coming in and people wanting help, she was kind and helpful. She is a gem.

Clean and quiet. Stayed here a few times. The rooms are large, updated and clean. There is free parking, ice machine works, and there is refrigerator, bathtub and hair dryer in room. The staff and other guests are very friendly. Not the fanciest hotel but a good place to rest with everything here you need. Close to stores, gas, and restaurants.

The stay was great, the rooms were clean, and we were provided breakfast in the morning. I came up to the snowboard with a few friends and I couldn't have found a better spot. Only 40 minutes away from the resort with a ton of parking. Would stay again.
