There was no water in the vending machines. They had a water fountain downstairs. The water pressure was not good, and I tried showering at 2 different times just to see if timing had anything to do with the pressure. It did not. Also, not hot enough water. The water was tepid at best.
Other than the lack of water in the machines and lack of hot water and low pressure, The staff were very pleasant, and the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The property has a $300 minimum room deposit, regardless of room type. There is no way around this. Spend $120 on the room and pay $300 at the door is unheard of. I will never stay again. Upon arrival at the Tampa location it’s only $100 for a deposit. That property is way more nice versus the Pinellas location.

Receptionist I think was new so was being helped by mr patronising (no teeth) Room was okish, stains on the carpet, queen bed very comfy, shower great, corridor leading up to it was very smelly, breakfast was ok, however pancake machine was brilliant. Continuous coffee in reception for your convenience.

Room had Smell & Dirty
We just needed a place for the night. Got there late. Room had an old smell and it was dirty. Carpet was filthy. Toilet did not work. Had to take the lid off to make it flush. Do not recommend.

Paul was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was nice. Having cookies some afternoons was so nice. Breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were HORRIBLE! No comfort at all. The comforter was odd and bumpy. The room was clean! But housekeeping is only every three days unless on request. Had to do garbage and get toilet paper. It felt more like home than a hotel. Don’t want to work when in a hotel!

Not good quality breakfast, some people from the street came, served breakfast AND left the place AND no one stoped them. The skin cream was very old AND smelled really bad. The price they charge Is too high for what you get. Finally they charged a service free that was not anounced so It Is a surprise charge, not optional.
