If it will let me post pictures, you would understand. Check in was easy and gentleman was friendly. Room is just full of damage. Ceiling has more spots fixed from leaks than spots not. They left spackle all over valance in front of window. Bedspread was worn and piled. Thermostat set at 69 stayed justify at 72. Bathroom toilet does not work even holding down the handle. Sink plug was broke so in order to use it you have to remove it (and it was nasty). Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic and other than the lady at the front named Pukla or something. She was German maybe. She was so rude. Every time we had to talk to her. It’s like she hates her job.

Our room was nice and clean, smelled fresh. Beds were quite comfortable and it was quiet. I asked for a room near the elevator and i got that too.

Took me almost 30 minutes to check in and there was only one person in front of me. That person didn’t know what was taking so long either. Two opportunities for improvement: 1) front desk staff should be well trained to ensure timely check-in 2) have more than one person available to help at the desk
The bathroom was either old and/or just dirty - hard to tell which
We had a bug in our bed but we were too tired to move so we just killed it, then pulled all of the sheets and blankets to check the rest of the bed

Enough was enough.
The room was clean, but it all ends there. We had no hot water and had to shower in cold water. When I complained they moved me to another room, that had no air conditioning. When i called down to the desk they said they were sending someone up to fix it. After a half hour no one came, and I said enough was enough and checked out.

The room didn't smell good; there was hair in the tub, and the beds were creaky. I think they need some maintenance. The staff was very friendly.
