Was there May 29th 2025,was going to stay 2 nights. I am a 70 year old man with COPD,the room had no AC and no way to circulate the air within 5-10 minutes I was gasping for air,they agreed to refund me my 216.45 but alas I now am filing a dispute for they refused to return my money. Pathetic

The motel was SUPER clean. The staff member at check in was very nice. The motel is very dated and small. With it for the price and area though.

We were a late arrival and the young man working the front desk stayed late so he could get us checked in in a timely manner, which really meant a lot to us. We will be back the next time we are passing through the area!

The property is within easy walking distance of a few restaurants. The continental breakfast didn’t open until 7am and was typical of average hotels. Though the cereals were ALL sugared and there was no yogurt. The room was small, with no chair, even at the small desk. As we walked into the room, the odor of Fabulosa cleanser was overwhelming.

This is an older motel. While somewhat updated, room and bathroom was very small. Breakfast area was also very small. There was no ice machine there either

Convenient to Downtown
This is the second time I have stayed at the Sundance Motel. The location is very convenient, making downtown an easy walk to grab dinner or whatnot. The room is small but nice and the bed is comfortable. My only complaints are that the bathroom is quite small. Space between the toilet and the sink is barely manageable and there is basically no space for toiletries. Other complaints are the TV is small and the breakfast is minimal, but equivalent to most other places. That all being said I would stay here again.
