The Resort is extremely friendly. It is a great spot for a two nights visit. Rooms esp Anthurium, is extremely good with all amenities and Food is excellent. The most important and satisfying thing of the Resort are its staff. Extremely hospitable and friendly. One can relax in the room comfortably and peacefully, pass time gainfully with their indoor and outdoor activities and if you just want to walk and pass your time, they have a lovely chiseled walking path where you enjoy nature while walking. Getting there, especially if you are in the lower half of the city, is time consuming but otherwise everything is superb and satisfying.

It was perfect corporate event made by tropical retreats team. We enjoyed delicious food by Mr. Siv kumar sharma. We have smooth check in by Roshni and Suraj. House keeping staff and restaurant staff is super trained and humble , happy and helpful. Thanks to GM Mr.Prem kumar for making our event successful and remembering. Thanks all

The staff is very nice and the resort is amazing… the services were great and up to the mark…this place is highly recommended and it has good crowd… various activities…Roshni and Muliani were of great help and were very cheerful… very friendly atmosphere… a good variety of food options…. Fantastic experience… will visit again soon

Location and Ambience: Nestle in the beautiful hills of Igatpuri the retreat offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.The peaceful,tranquil environment is ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.The property is well maintained,with lush greenry and an inviting ambience. Accomodation: The rooms were spacious,clean and well equipped with modern amenities ,comfortable and cosy. Each room had a great view and waking up to the natural beauty around us was a treat. Facilities: The Tropical retreat offers a variety of facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. we especially enjoyed the swimming pool ,which was clean and refreshing after a day of activities.The indoor games and outdoor activities like Trekking kept us entertained throughout our stay. Food: One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and wholesome food.The meals were fresh,and variety catered to all tastes.Whether you are vegetarian or a meat lover,the food was prepared with care and offered a taste of local flavours. Services: The staff at Tropical retreat Miss.Roshni and Mr.Samadhan went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed .They were Polite,attaentive,,and always ready to assist ,weather it was arranging activities or accomodating our special requests.Their servuces added to a personal touch to our stay.

The stay here we got was super amazing and comfy, the property is well maintained and hygenic. We also avail their spa facility which was worth experiencing. The staff was super gentle and co-oparative. Spa is worth to take here. Must visit place with family friends or even couple.

Very good service. The whole staff starting from the main gate till room service everyone has been so courteous and humble. Highly recommend this place for a friendly and family outing. Must try location. Rooms are pretty decent and clean. Nice and clean swimming pool.

Food is great. Buffet has lot of variety Veg, non veg , desserts. Each category have 3,4 variants. Lots of salads variety. My kids enjoyed the stay It's a fun place to be for 2,3 days. No need to go out Major gaming activities are in the property itself.

This resort was highly recommended by the Indian Odessey, Mr Paresh. It is a wonderful resort, excellent food, excellent service. Sultana and her team was awesome during our dining experience. I have already recommended this place to my friends
