Except that the parking instructions were not very clear, everything else was very good. I arrived late, and after verifying my ID, I was given a room card directly. When I went upstairs, I found that I had been upgraded. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come.

We just stayed at the Pikeville Hampton Inn a week ago.We had a wonderful time.. The rooms were very nice and clean. The rooms start on the second floor. I was on the front side and heard no street noise as others mentioned. The breakfast was the traditional Hampton breakfast. The towns very walkable and hotels located close to all the shops and a nice park.

This Hampton is well beyond almost any other Hampton property we have stayed at. The entire property is high quality, from the lobby to amenities, and the rooms. The location is super convenient to almost everything that you might to see/do in Pikeville (night life, distillery, theater, arena, historic tours, etc). As elided to, the rooms are high quality, with very comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom, and very quiet A/C. Definitely recommend staying.

I am being over charged for an unasked for upgrade. Staff and general manager did not work to resolve the issue. Staff last time I stayed was great! We were going to book our company monthly travel here until this incident. We will not stay here.
