We can start by saying that the place is a stunning natural beauty, the estuary and the fauna of the place are very pretty. THE HOTEL is very poor in terms of service. We stayed one night and occupied three rooms. The sheets were very stained. The general cleanliness is not their strong point but it is ACCEPTABLE. The pool area and common areas are tastefully decorated and very nice but totally tarnished by the service they provide. The waiters take suggested tips of over 10% which seems to me to be something that is well known throughout the environment in which the service is provided. It is NOT CORRECT. There was no spinach, there was no whole wheat bread and so on, among other things. When we left the room, which had already been paid for when we arrived, the people at the reception kept track of the towels they LEAVE IN THE BATHROOM OF THE ROOM (not just the ones they return corresponding to the pool area) as well as the glasses they leave you to drink water. , and after counting the money they let you go, which was in very bad taste. Este hotel está increíble, si quieres ir a relajarte y convivir con la naturaleza. Está a la orilla del estero de Chocohuital, donde he visto uno de los atardeceres mas hermosos. Alrededor del hotel hay manglares y un sin fin de bellas aves y distintos animales. Al final del estero, está la boca barra, donde se junta el estero con el mar y puedes ir a ver el espectacular amanecer, en lancha. La dueña del hotel tipaza y que increíble atención de su parte. Estuvimos muy contentos. Regresaría cada fin de semana, de ser posible. Lo recomiendo 100 %

Un sitio muy bonito y limpio, sin duda te sientes cerca de la naturaleza pero encontré poca variedad en la comida y precios bastante elevados para mi parecer. Y sobre todo el trato no fue de todo con amabilidad, no volvería a ir con lo que conocí me basto para este viaje.

Llegamos el día 22 de diciembre 2021 por la tarde y al entrar a la habitación encontramos una de las colchas de la cama sucias, quizá era una mancha de chocolate, se le reportó al encargado de la tarde la dieron a cambiar y sorpresa, al revisar también una de las sábanas estaba con manchas. Tan lejos de la civilización, por la hora y ya haber cubierto la habitación nos quedamos. Al día siguiente pésima respuesta de la gerente Janet, Deben mejorar mucho en Casa Mándala. Decepción que en restaurante Las Brisas se queden sin ingredientes para todo lo que ofrece la carta. Pésima experiencia en esta vez. Malinalli García.

Visítanos el lugar con mi familia, y en primera es una mentira el ofrecer en sus imágenes el restaurante de alado junto con sus albercas, pues es muy diferente. Si necesita acceder, son 200 más por persona, la comida del restante del hotel, precios sin relación al recio, sin agregar que solo es camarón para los tres tiempos, e inclusive sin materia prima para elaborar alguno de ellos, El personal cumple con su trabajo, amable, la administración pésima, jamás volveremos, lastima el abrupto cambio.
