Posto non conforme alle aspettative in rapporto alla qualità prezzo. Camere super calde, resto degli ambienti freddissimi. Cucina buona. Spa molto bella anche se trascurata, piscina poco curata. Camere da ristrutturare in tutto, bagno compreso.

Hotel indicato per le famiglie visto che è uno dei pochi che fa accedere i bambini nella spa, questo crea un po' di confusione ma ci sta. Camere e bagni da rivedere. Cibo tutto ottimo e abbondante. Personale tutto disponibilissimo e cortese. Luogo da ritornare.

Le camere ed i bagni lasciano un pò a desiderare, ma l'hotel è immerso nel verde e da la possibilità di fare delle belle passeggiate a contatto con la natura. La sala camino è stata la mia preferita per tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno. Anche i ragazzi possono impiegare il loro tempo intrattenendosi nella sala giochi. Aggiungo che si mangia benissimo ed i camerieri sono veri veri professonisti.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura nel periodo natalizio, accoglienza perfetta, cibo di ottima qualità, il servizio ai tavoli molto efficiente. Le camere sono spartane ma c'è tutto quello che occorre. Da ritornare sicuramente, siamo stati coccolati in tutto. La Spa piccolina ma nel complesso buona, piscina ben riscaldata e tutto l occorrente (accappatoio e teli) sono gratuiti

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura nel week dall' 11 al 13 ottobre 2024 e sono rimasta un po' delusa dal fatto che sulla carta c'è scritto 4 ****, ma le camere non hanno nulla di un 4 stelle: piccolissime, BAGNO CIECO SENZA AREAZIONE, rubinetteria antiquata e anche segnata dal tempo e dal calcare, doccia piccolissima, parquet vecchio e rovinato da graffi e aloni di acqua e l'arredamento andrebbe svecchiato, decisamente! Pulizia buona sia all'interno delle camere ( non c'era un filo di polvere e gli asciugamani e le lenzuola pulitissimi, morbidissimi e profumatissimi) che nel resto dell'hotel; cortesia di alcuni componenti più anziani dello staff abbastanza discutibile. Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la location, immersa nel verde, tutto ben curato e allestito deliziosamente bene! La spa suggestiva, col caminetto a bordo piscina è sicuramente un punto a favore! Da rivedere assolutamente gli orari dell' " area giochi e del Palaghiaccio" NON POTETE APRIRLI LA SERA ALLE 22! Suggerisco, dato che nelle vicinanze non ci sono attrazioni per i più piccoli, di aprirla anche la mattina e magari metterci dei gonfiabili e un'animazione! Qualche giostrina esterna non dispiacerebbe, dato l'ampio spazio! Cucina nella media, ho apprezzato molto i panzerotti ripieni, con sugo di datterino rosso e pesto di basilico e la zuppa di legumi.

Erano anni che non vedevamo bagni così vecchi e così trascurati, il letto che doveva essere matrimoniale, era composto da due materassi singoli uno più alto ed uno più basso....per non parlare dei cuscini terribili....qualità del sonno zero, la colazione invece era varia e con molta scelta sia per dolce che per il salato, abbiamo anche cenato e dobbiamo dire che la cucina è stata veramente ottima dall'antipasto al dolce. Perciò questo albergo è valido per mangiare ma non per dormire.
