I had another truly exceptional stay at Grecotel LuxMe White during my recent visit. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable—warm, professional, and consistently attentive across every part of the hotel. The team at LuxMe White goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, dining teams, and the spa, contributed to making our stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. We especially appreciated the adult-only section in the main restaurant—it offered a calm and refined atmosphere that elevated our dining experience. The à la carte restaurants were another highlight, with outstanding cuisine and first-class service. A particularly nice touch this time was speaking with the sommelier, who provided personalized drink recommendations that made the experience even more special. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. I’m deeply grateful to the general manager and the entire team for their warmth and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend LuxMe White to friends and family.

My partner and I stayed here the beginning of July and we thought the hotel was absolutely outstanding. The staff were all amazing, they work so hard, extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is stunning, on the beach front and guaranteed sunset every night. We were really impressed with what was included in our package and were extremely lucky to try all 6 a la carte restaurants during our stay, each meal was incredible. I would advise to email the hotel ahead of arrival to see if you can get these booked in. We also went to Grecotel Farm, which was such a beautiful amazing experience. The extras which were also included were also a really nice touch, ice cream parlor, crepe station, chocolate patisserie. We had a sea view room, which was fantastic and really spacious. Everything was so well kept and spotless, the housekeeping team do a great job at keeping the hotel pristine. The food and variety was also really good and fresh. The sun beds by the pool were really comfortable, relaxing and very peaceful. The gym was a good decent size. We highly recommend and hope to return. We would love to give a massive thanks and shout out to Leo, Antonis (Pool manager), Alexia (Pool), Vasilius (Bar), Dimitrius (Lobsteria), Nikolai and Maria (Front desk)

Un séjour d’une semaine avec nos 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans. Magnifique hôtel, les infrastructures et le cadre sont superbes. Le service est irréprochable et l’équipe aux petits soins, à la fois en salle, aux bords des piscines, mais également à la réception, en chambre (ménage fait quotidiennement par les femmes de chambres d’une gentillesse incroyable). Merci encore ! L’équipe d’animation est à saluer aussi pour leur bienveillance et leur sourire, avec le petit plus : plusieurs animatrices sont françaises donc top pour nos petits français ! Un séjour parfait, relaxant, avec également de belles visites en Crète. 2ème séjour au sein d’un Grecotel et nous sommes toujours ravis. À bientôt.

Our stay at your hotel was absolutely excellent — the service and staff truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ve already decided that next summer, our family vacation will be spent again at this wonderful hotel. special thanks and warmest regards to the amazing team at the kids’ club — especially Alice, Louann, and Tessa. Our children adored them, and we particularly appreciated that they spoke French, which made the experience even more special and personal for them.

No frozen daiquiri drinks for a 5 star hotel is unacceptable and could be easily fixed but bar tenders refuse to make them as no blender .

I had such a great experience during my stay, and I have to give a special shoutout to Nicole from the poolside staff. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. She always made sure I had drinks and food, and her warm attitude really added to the overall experience. Thank you, Nicole, for making my stay even more enjoyable!

This really is a fabulous hotel. I had some emails with the reception before I arrived to ensure we could get a room close to out teenage children, they offered to book all our a la carte meals before we arrived, it was great to have our meal itinerary on arrival When you arrive you are greeted with fresh juice and fizz in reception. Our rooms were sea facing superior doubles/twin. The pool area we used was fabulous with very attentive waiting service to bring endless drinks all day. There is no hogging of sunbeds, the pool guy is very strict on this and often removed belongings of those who left their beds for over an hour. There was still good availability at 9am! The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are just stunning. So many fabulous a la carte dining experiences - the Greek and Asian were our favourites. We usually lunched at the Italian near the pool or the Greek on the seafront. We used the buffet for breakfast and only two other times as there was plenty on offer with the many a la cartes. One main bar and this could sometimes get busy but it was a great place to chill and watch the sunset - some entertainment too. All the staff were courteous and smiling but I would like to thank the pool guy who did his job splendidly and was always polite despite some guests moaning at him and also the pool staff who took the drinks and food orders and worked so hard. Also, the lady who ran the Italian and the Manager of the Greek restaurant - I can still taste the wonderful Octopus and Greek specialities. All in all a completely luxurious holiday with such fantastic choice of food, so nice to have an all inclusive with so many a la carte. Thank you
