Very, very friendly staff. (Always welcoming and accomodating.) Super nice sea and view. (The view from the main bar terrace is top notch.) Kids friendly. --- P.S. The beach space itself is not very big -- to keep in mind for people that are looking specifically for that. The room humidity is also a bummer -- but solvable with the AC. P.P.S. Unrelated -- would recommend the restaurant Paraplous close to the hotel.

Giorginos in Ventanas Il Mar and the majority of the waiters in this hotel are amazing. Went above and beyond every time and made us feel so welcome. No request was too much and we had the best time! The hotel in general had the best food and we had amazing drinks too

We were really looking forward to an escape. Hotel looked really fresh with lita of the amenities we appreciate. When we booked it said they offered airport transfer. This was only the case for stays over 7 nights, however, they could arrange transfer one way for 130€ which we agree to do. Arriving at the airport there were nobody there to pick us up and after making calls to the hotel we ended up taking a local taxi. First impression of the hotel was good. Nice pool areas, check in was smooth and pretty much everything included. Room with direct access to pool was ok but nothing more. Not very big, but clean, facing the road, but at least you can see palmtrees and mountains far away. It was crowded! Plenty og people everywhere. Not a chance to get sunbeds by the pool unless you have private villas with private pools or put on your alarm clock early to go and grab some sunbeds. I prefer not to use the alarm clock on my holidays. During our stay we did not get sunbeds by the pool or on the beach any of the days. 2 thread mills at the gym - always occupied. Otherwise ok gym facilities. The people working at the restaurant was great. Good service in all the restaurants, doing their best. All over ok food, but not great. The best food experience was Lobsteria by far. The Italian also ok. Be sure to reserve restaurants or Else you do not get either the restaurant or times you prefer.

We have just returned from our second trip to Paradise, and I mean Paradise! We visited the White Palace in 2022 and then again this past few weeks and it was incredible. As a solo parent, I feel so comfortable, safe and incredibly well looked after - we all do, me and my two children. Nothing is too much in terms of service and it is just exceptional. Special recognition goes to the Sommelier - Charlotte Noch, wow! She was incredible from day one and throughout, she went out of my way to make sure I had the rose I loved, day in day out! The kids club team were just awesome, my kids loved the elements they took party in and next year my daughter will be 4 so I think she will have even more fun! I cannot recommend this place highly enough and we have already reserved for next year!

C'est notre quatrième séjour dans cette hôtel. Tout est parfait les chambres sont d'une grande propreté le personnel est à votre écoute, les Restaurants sont d'une grande qualité et variés. Nous sommes restés 15 jours voici quelques petits conseils pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Penser dès votre arrivée à réserver les restaurants au desk ce qui va vous permettre chaque soir de dîner dans un restaurant différent. Pour le déjeuner de midi il y a la possibilité du restaurant au buffet ou du restaurant italien servi à table sans réservation. Il y a cinq Restaurants avec chacun une carte (Italien, Asiatique, Grec, homard ..). Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire il y a de la place sur la plage et dans les piscines car il y en a plusieurs.Il faut juste s'organiser. Le soir l'apéritif sur la terrasse de l'hôtel et le personnel est à votre entière disposition et vous pouvez commander le cocktail de votre choix. Je tiens à remercier l'ensemble des équipes, le manager général qui prend vraiment soin de ses clients qui est à leur écoute de manière à leur permettre de passer un séjour très agréable. Il est très présent et à votre écoute . Ce qui a été le cas pour nous. Il nous a proposé une superbe chambre au calme car j'avais besoin de travailler. Quel bonheur de revenir chaque année dans cette hôtel améliore d'année en année. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes et à leur gentillesse.
