Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem 5Sterne Hotel! Schade…
Wir haben ein sehr sehr lautes Familienzimmer im EG direkt neben dem Staff Room. Dort haben sich jeden Morgen ab 7Uhr sämtliche Putzfrauen getroffen, um ihre Wagen zu packen, mit denen sie dann unter ohrenbetäubenden Lärm in Ihre jeweilige Etage verschwunden sind. Natürlich wurde sich dabei lautstark unterhalten. Wir haben so etwas wirklich noch niemals erlebt und baten deshalb um ein anderes Zimmer. Ich hatte den Eindruck, wir wollten ein Upgrade ergaunern, das Gegenteil war der Fall. Wir hätten jedes, auch kleinere RUHIGERE Zimmer genommen. Leider wollte man uns bis zuletzt nicht helfen, da das Hotel angeblich komplett ausgebucht war. Wir sind froh, wieder zuhause zu sein, wo wir nun wieder in Ruhe schlafen können.
Des Weiteren fanden wir den Service absolut nicht einen 5Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Bis auf einige wenige bemühte Kellnerinnen, waren alle desinteressiert, recht unfreundlich und vor allem lahm! Das Essen war weitestgehend langweilig und nichts besonderes. Leider findet ein Kinder-/ Sport- / Abendprogramm so gut wie gar nicht statt. Die Strandsituation ist äußerst schlecht. Die Pools dagegen sind sehr schön, allerdings war nach 7Uhr kaum noch eine freie Liege zu bekommen. Auch das müsste ein 5Sternehotel besser im Griff haben.
Wir werden sicherlich nicht wiederkommen. Sorry!

Struttura bellissima, grande, con vari ristoranti, SPA, piscine, non manca nulla! In 7gg di vacanza siamo usciti soltanto 3 volte poiché offre davvero tanto anche se come 5 stelle pecca di qualche dettaglio importante: kit bagno inesistenti, la pulizia della stanza qualche giorno non è stata proprio fatta e spesso asciugamani/accappatoi cosi come tazze/tazzine e bicchieri lì dovevamo sempre richiedere perché non venivano sostituiti quelli sporchi! Inoltre una cosa fastidiosissima è stata l'umidità: avevamo un Bungalow vista mare con piscina e nella stanza tutto era sempre bagnato: indumenti, carte, pacchetti di sigarette, coperte e cusini!! I pavimenti perennemente scivolosi rischiando parecchie volte di spaccarci la testa. Non proprio il max del comfort... Cibo buono e personale cordiale

Our trip didn’t start off too well
As meet and great at the hotel wasn’t that great
We checked in to our room promptly
Enjoyed the beach and facilities
We to dinner at the buffet restaurant that provided a wide range of starters and main course that were of high standard. Went to the sunset bar which is a great place to relax, drink and enjoy the view over the sea.
What became apparent was the room they gave us to stay in was next to a lift and a foyer above with constant use.
We went to reception and demanded we get a quieter room and after a long discussion were promised a new room tomorrow.
Thank goodness for that as the new room was of the same type but nice and quiet.
Room to avoid is 601 for reference
Apart from that be warned the see is quite rough at times with strong waves plus the beach is gravelly and large pebbles/boulders which you will need boat shoes/sea shoes which they sell at the shop. If you are unstable afoot stick to the pools as that will be safer.
Sea and beach typical Greek beach.
Drinks service on the beach can be a bit hit and miss.
Dinning all restaurants are very good but you need to book as soon as you can (download the app and book a week before you arrive)
Lunches were good
Visit to agreco farm/experience well worth while and we went on jeep safari with Angelos again worth going on
Overall enjoyed our stay -all inclusive a must and we had a room with a sea view

Excellent et superbe hôtel. Il est très bien situé au bord d'une plage de sable. La chambre est extraordinaire et bien équipée. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. Les repas sont succulents. Le coucher de soleil est superbe. A découvrir absolument !
