Room ver spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very pleasant, food was amazing, good selection of drinks as well. Breakfast was lovely, but basic. This was absolutely fine for myself as ended up having a big lunch and dinner at hotel restaurant. Will I stay again, absolutely yes. Would I recommend, yes.

Ordentliches Hotel
Gut ausgestattetes Hotel, leider war bei unserer Übernachtung das Restaurant geschlossen. Zimmer groß und Bad/WC gut ausgestattet. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Soggiornona Pieve Santo Stefano
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 3 di cui un neonato e due cagnolini. Ottima la camera assegnata per l'ampio terrazzo utile ai cani. Presente in camera un bollitore comodo per la prepazione di bevande calde, nel nostro caso per la preparazione del latte. Camera molto ampia con materassi confortevoli. Presenza di alcune ragnatele sul soffitto, trovato in bagno cartaigenica quasi terminata, la rubinetteria del lavandino rimaneva spesso in mano. La colazione scarsa e tipicamente italiana e non internazionale. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccessivo.

…… gli amici di Sempre, quelli che si conoscono fin da piccini….. ci diamo appuntamento qua a Sansepolcro……. Che dire, l’hotel è pulito, molto disponibili alla reception, le camere in ordine con tutte le cose al suo posto. La colazione è buona e abbondante con un’ampia scelta .

Sono stata ospite di questo hotel insieme al mio ragazzo per una notte. Buona accoglienza anche se per avere informazioni inerenti a orari di check out, colazione e cena bisogna chiedere più volte a vari receptionist. La stanza è accogliente, pulita e fornita di tutto quello che può servire. La parte negativa è stata la cena nel ristorante adiacente all'hotel. Non potevamo scegliere dal menù del ristorante ma, ne avevamo uno a parte con poche scelte, tra cui pasta al sugo, riso e petto di pollo alla griglia, sicuramente non quello che mi aspetto di mangiare in un ristorante. Quantità abbondanti ma carne poco cotta. Il servizio del personale del ristorante è stato ottimo nonostante tutto, cameriere molto gentile che ha cercato di fare del suo meglio per aiutarci anche se l'organizzazione del menù non dipende certo da lui.

Ravioli ragu, tagliatelle porcini. Can I have tagliatelle ragu. Cook says no. Manager says no. We all get up and leave. Every year we can, this year not. Cook rules. Never again. Hotel’s loss. We live locally. There are plenty of places to eat here from Caprese Michelangelo (3 excellent) Anghiari (2 superb) Sansepolcro (countless) Citta Di Castello (best of all) why waste our money on a hotel that cannot accept a simple order?
