Eravamo in vacanza in famiglia . Ci siamo trovati bene . parcheggio esterno a pagamento molto comodo pero attentione che fanno le multe in continuazione. Ti basta il tempo di 3 minuti per scaricare le valiggia e ti becchi subito la multa . Potete parcheggiare gratuito nelle vie adiacenti che si trova un sacco di posti liberi e gratuti. Ottima posizione. ottimo staff con massima educazione e gentilezza cibo era molto buono .

Abbiamo soggiornato una decina di giorni in questo bel hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo.camere climatizzate con vista mare splendida.tutti gli ambienti sono ben curati e puliti.hotel ben frequentato da una clientela educata e rispettosa .ottima cucina, personale e propietà accogliente e molto gentile.grazie e consigliato per chi vuole passare una piacevole vacanza Toscana

Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare in Versilia. Ottima posizione fronte mare con camere curate con vista impareggiabile. Direttamente sulla passeggiata fronte retro della splendida marina di Pietrasanta. Cucina Superlativa con un cuoco Artista in cucina. Il personale vera ricchezza dell'Hotel è gentile e accogliente come del resto il proprietario un signore elegante e molto attento al benessere dei clienti. Bene, ma non benissimo
Posizione sicuramente eccezionale, a due passi dalla spiaggia attrezzata e a tante comodità.
Parcheggio gratuito solo nelle vie laterali, ma se si ha fortuna si trova abbastanza vicino all'hotel.
Camera singola con arredo molto datato e poca pulizia (polvere sui mobili e muffa nella doccia). Insonorizzazione inesistente. Se si ha il sonno leggero, potrebbe essere molto difficile riuscire a dormire.
Colazione piuttosto scarsa e molto molto semplice (yogurt, cereali, un paio di torte e qualche succo di frutta).
Il personale è stato abbastanza cortese, ma molto sbrigativo nelle operazioni di check in e check out e nel fornire maggiori informazioni.
La presenza di uno di loro che dormiva sul divano alle 2 di notte, ha abbassato notevolmente il livello generale.

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage zum Meer und zur Einkaufszone. Das Frühstück war sehr Eintönig, es hatte aber sehr viel Parmaschinken. Die Zimmer waren klein und die Dusche war mit Bauch oder grossen Busen nicht passiebar. Das Abendessen war okay.

Ottima location, fronte mare e vicino zona passeggio. Camere ben tenute anche se un po datate. Eccellente il servizio a tavola. Preziosisssimo il riguardo per le persone celiache con trattamento dedicato. Unico neo il bagno, non tanto perchè piccolo, ma perchè il mini box doccia ha pannelli plastici che se appena li tocchi cascano. Una raccomandazione: date più empatia al cliente. Appena arrivati nemmeno un cenno di saluto o un arrivederci al commiato. Un sorriso non costa nulla e può pesare sulla scelta di un eventuale ritorno.

Albergo esattamente di fronte al mare, tutte le camere con vista mare! La struttura non è moderna ma ben tenuta e pulitissima. Stanze confortevoli, pulite e cambio asciugamani quotidiano.La cucina sfornata dei piatti molto abbondanti e buoni e ben curati.I due ragazzi che gestivano la sala, sono stati gentili e attenti.Grazie per questo splendido week end lungo:)

Tutte le camere fronte mare, vista molto bella, camere abbastanza spaziose, e confortevoli, con qualche piccola manutenzione di non grossa spesa anche nei bagni potrebbero essere ancora più carine. Fa solo cena, cibo semplice ma abbondante e buono, alternative tra pesce carne e vegetariano. Punti di forza la pulizia, cambio biancheria ogni giorno(non succede in tutti i 3 stelle della Versilia...) e personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente nonostante la fatica e il caldo di queste settimane, sia la ragazza e il ragazzo che in modo preciso puliscono le camere sia il servizio al tavolo Ingrid e il suo collega. Per chi vuole un tre stelle in Versilia e vuole gentilezza e pulizia in un posto semplice lo consiglio Ho messo nella media perché dovrebbe essere la base dei tre stelle. Soggiorno agosto 2023
