Avevo sbagliato data nella prenotazione di un mese esatto, ho chiamato il giorno dopo appena mi sono accorta dell’errore ma essendo prepagata non mi hanno fatto il cambio

Così poca elasticità verso il cliente a fronte di un palese errore di digitazione fa perdere non solo il cliente ma anche clienti futuri ai quali non consiglierei l’hotel. Comunque mea culpa non aver controllato bene la data ed aver prepagato

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzig störende ist der Zug, der fast direkt vor dem Hotel vorbeifährt. Das Abendmenü ist immer mind. 3 Gänge, was für einen normalen Esser einfach zuviel ist. Hier gibt es "noch" keine Alternative. Ansonsten, sehr empfehlenswert.
