I was very disappointed with the room, the linen they use is not hotel quality, it's cheap and old. The bathroom is in a bad state. The shower was not working well. The room was not clean

I recently stayed at Ilawu Inn and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. the breakfast was a highlight with a variety of fresh options to choose from in a lovely dining area. The location is convenient for exploring the city. I would recommend IIawu Inn for anyone looking for a place to stay away from home.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing. However in order to earn their total , they should brief the guests about the wifi or leave a note in each room with the code. Secondly, they should be more accessible to guests eg . by having a phone in the room so that we don't always walk to reception even for a simple question . Overall , I'll definitely be visiting again. It was wonderful .
