Fantastic stay. Venue - good facilities - would have loved a bigger TV in the room though. Staff - very friendly and accommodating. Some of the best I have experienced. Food was also exceptional. Breakfast and dinner - with a good offering on the menu.

Really pleased to have found this hotel last minute. Clean,quiet and very secure. I had two great nights sleep in a very comfortable clean bed in a very spacious room. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Highly recommended.

Did not expect much from an establishment that was unknown to me and was therefore truly taken aback by the beautiful decor, hospitality, friendliness of the staff together with excellent food and a spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here gain. Thank you, Team Redlands,

The room was a good size and was clean. Unfortunately it was also very sparsely decorated – having only a single desk chair in a room for two. At the very least I would have expected two lounge chairs so that it is not necessary to lie on the bed in order to watch TV together. Finally, the bedding – while clean – was also looking a little threadbare – particularly the pillow cases.

Never again!
Have been using Redlands for over 20 years - even celebrated milestone family events at the hotel. Never again - it is in a very poor state of disrepair with many things broken and staff have an apathetic attitude towards customer service.
Dont believe the manager when she says the air conditioners are being fixed - we were told the same thing nearly a year ago and still broken.
We chose to give Redlands another chance because of the convenience of its location - rather be inconvenienced and stay elsewhere! A great shame!

Not worth the money
The Hotel has so much potential but there is a clear lack of care. During breakfast the linen was dirty. The breakfast was poor considering it cost R200 per person.
The hotel is not cheap, but leaves a lot to be desired.
