A group of BMW motorcycle riders, members of the BMW Motorrad Club Catalunya, the official BMW club, stayed in July. Having paid according to the hotel's terms and conditions, and with sufficient notice, we requested a refund for one of the rooms of one of the members who, due to a serious personal problem, could not attend. The hotel told us they would issue a refund. After countless complaints, the hotel does not respond to emails and has not issued any refunds. Therefore, I recommend NOT trusting them, as they do not honor the agreement, do not answer emails, and claim they will refund the money, but they never do.

Room was big and clean, comfortable bed. Unfortunately like many places no curtains to make the room dark in the morning. If you don’t mind waking up early then that’s fine. I don’t. Other than that the staff is very friendly and breakfast is very rich. All together a nice place

A welcoming hotel with friendly owners and staff, a fantastic breakfast, a restaurant, comfortable beds, a sauna, and a pub with a DJ in the basement. Close to the Zell am See, Kaprun, and Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski areas. Plenty of options. Highly recommended! For families and groups of friends, adults and children.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Rent och fint rum, mycket trevlig personal och mycket god frukostbuffé med stort urval även för allergiker. De gör bake off av glutenfritt bröd på begäran vid frukosten. Rekommenderar verkligen ett besök här.
