Perfect base for a ski holiday. Within car distance, or ski bus easily in Kaprun and Zell am See. In the village itself there is also a ski lift. Lovely modern, warm, clean and complete house.

Beautiful house with enough space for 6 adults. not far from Kaprun and Zell am See. It was just a pity that 1 bedroom is adjacent to the owners' home with only 1 connecting door. Because of this you can hear the owners talking well and the man got up ear

We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I missed the vacuum cleaner a bit, because it's much faster than sweeping.
