I booked the hotel via Trip.com. The hotel booking is paid, however during check-in, the front desk manager said that she couldn’t find the payment record. I reached Trip.com right away and I got replied and assisted immediately. The payment actually transferred to the hotel side but the manager kept saying that they couldn’t find the record. After spending half hour standing at the reception, we are allowed to check-in. The manager apparently wasn’t competent nor polite. She definitely need to learn how to deal things internationally. She didn’t apologise at all.

Beautiful and quiet location. Well equipped house (kitchen with all tools, barbecue area, air conditioning). We were 2 copies and the 2 separate bathrooms and the bedrooms were ideal. Very welcoming and helpful owners.

The sleeping gallery has a gate before the ladders and children’s bed and high chair can be rent separately. Internet 4 G. Hilly surroundings with pine trees. Shared beach for swimming 70 m.
