Massima serietà e disponibilità dello staff. Servizio serale del ristorante spettacolare, ho cenato gustando il tutto. Camera pulita accogliente spaziosa. Da ritornare anche se si è distanti, ne vale la pena 😉😉😉...................

Fire-stjernet hotel uden charme. Beliggenhed i et industriområde med 20 minutters gang til centrum af Vercelli. Som transithotel ganske udmærket men ikke et sted jeg vil være flere nætter. Eneste plus er, at prisen incl morgenmad og parkering, svarer til hvad der på andre hoteller med 4* faktureres for parkering og morgenmad alene.

Moderno, ben pulito. Parcheggio ampio ed ottima posizione. In reception sono stata accolta da una signorina molto gentile e professionale. La camera piccola ma accogliente ed igiene ottima. La mattina ho fatto colazione, un buffet ricco di dolce e salato. Sono contenta di aver soggiornato qui, ogni volta che dovrò tornare a Vercelli per lavoro sarà la mia tappa sicura. Alla prossima!

V.P.H. alias Vercelli "P.....e" Hotel! Personale pessimo....prevalentemente femminile con tendenza a rovinare famiglie! accoglienza peggiore che abbia mai potuto avere in un hotel.... Probabilmente trattasi di una casa chiusa per appuntamenti sotto falso nome di Hotel!

Un anno fa siamo stati in questo hotel ed era molto meglio. Questa volta abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca, sia il bagno che i pavimenti. Inoltre dovendo fare colazione alle 6,30 non e' stato possibile perche' la colazione veniva servita dalle 7. Di fatto mi e' stato dato un sacchetto colazione con acqua naturale anziche' gassata come richiesto.....sinceramente per essere un 4 stelle questa volta non e' stato all'altezza.
