E’ stata un’esperienza bellissima, straordinaria di pieno relax. Personale efficientissimo ma soprattutto gentilissimo! Ho conosciuto direttamente sia lo chef ( eccezionale) che il Direttore entrane delle persone disponibilissime. Una piscina con tutto ciò che può servire dagli spogliatoi alle docce. La struttura è fantastica poche stanza ma curatissime e pulitissime. Ma la chicca è il panorama MOZZAFIATO!!! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti .

Questo resort è bello. Davvero bello ed elegante nella sua semplicità. Immerso nella campagna e nel silenzio, si trova nei pressi dell'uscita autostradale di Fiumefreddo. Bella la piscina con baretto annesso; bello il ristorante vista mare e campagna; bella l' Etna che sembra guardare il resort; bella, ampia e pulita la stanza. Auto custodita nell' ampio parcheggio. Cibo ottimo. Colazione meravigliosa. Personale gentilissimo. Wifi in tutta la struttura. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è la mancanza di un piccolo centro benessere che renderebbe la visita ancora più rilassante e indimenticabile, soprattutto nei periodi in cui non si può usufruire della piscina. Un grazie particolare ad Alina che ci ha proprio coccolati.

Beautiful setting and nice rooms
Our overall stay was good. Staff is very nice and helpful, so I thank them. The food and breakfast are very good too. The downside of the place is the paper-thin walls between the rooms. We could hear everything from our next door room, it was as if they were in our room. One other thing I would like to point out to the management, is that, while you have guests trying to relax by the pool, one doesn't send the gardener to power-wash the pool area while you have guests sunbathing by the pool or using the leaf blower, with its very loud noise while one is trying to rest and relax. It is a big NO NO. And this is directed at the management and definitely not the staff, who were very nice. Thank you.

Wonderfully relaxing stay in Sicilian countryside
We had an amazingly relaxing stay. Staff was super attentive, hotel was nicely furnished, pool was clean, and grounds were manicured. Waiting to receive an itemized statement of charges, but I trust it will be emailed because the front desk was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
We would return to Tale in a heartbeat.

What not to like about this slice of heaven on earth! Beautiful place, super friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. Loved everything and had a wonderful time with our family.

Me, my husband and my teen stayed 2 nights here and we wish we could have stayed longer. Antonella and Laura were over the top gracious. Our suite, decorated in an organic, natural way with plenty of space and light, was zen-like. The patio outside our door leading to the open air restaurant was expansive with amazing views. The extensive breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We have heard so much about the food in Sicily, we felt beholden to try many places but in retrospect, we should have just eaten there every night. The one dinner we had included veal scallopine, steak (ribeye?) and seafood pasta. All were fantastic. It wasn’t til we left that we realized they earned a Michelin star in 2019. Not surprised.
One thing worth mentioning is the property is built into the side of a mountain which makes it beautiful, but also a bit of a workout getting around.

La struttura è molto carina, le camere sono un po’ da rivedere. La zona piscina è bella con personale bravissimo e gentilissimo, con piatti ben cucinati e curati, la pecca è che persone esterne (quindi non pernottano nella struttura), possono passare la giornata in piscina ! Occupano buona parte dei lettini…….. La colazione è buona e variegata, la cena è buona con il maitre Carmelo molto bravo e gentile, come le cameriere e bravo anche lo chef Salvo con piatti molto buoni. Lista dei vini un po’ limitata. Devo fare anche un complimento al giardiniere Franco perché è veramente tutto molto curato!
