This was our first time at this hotel. I booked 10 nights! The breakfast was great... varied and plentiful... the internet in the room worked for 3 days... I told reception and they said they would look into it... unfortunately nobody cared and we had no internet for the rest of the days... on day 5 we had brown water in the bathroom... from all the taps and also in the toilet! I told reception straight away and they told me it was normal and not harmful... did I really want to bathe or shower in brown water? No... here too they didn't care... my conclusion... absolutely not justified for 5 stars... the management doesn't see the problems! And one more thing... in the morning for breakfast, before you go into the breakfast room, the staff sit at the table... with their cell phones in their hands and on private calls... that's not appropriate for a 5 star hotel either... unfortunately we won't be coming back!!!!!!!

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste. Für den Service nur noch 2 Sterne. Es geht weiter bergab mit diesem Hotel. Gesprungenes Waschbecken im Zimmer, Spinnweben an Tischen und Stühlen an der See Terrasse. Das Personal im Restaurant funktioniert nur noch, kein Lächeln, keine Herzlichkeit. Essen im Restaurant gut, aber nicht mehr perfekt (zusammengebackene Bandnudeln - geht gar nicht). Negativer Höhepunkt die Dame an der Rezeption: nach einer höfflichen Frage ob sie Scheine in Münzen wechseln könne, die Antwort "Ich bin hier in keiner Kinderstube" - für uns eigentlich ein Entlassungsgrund! Neuerdings wird auch eine Gebühr von 5 Euro pro Tag für den Schotterparkplatz verlangt. War wohl unser letzter Besuch hier. Nichts ist für die Ewigkeit - war mal toll hier - sehr bedauerlich. Hier muss das Management sehr energisch eingreifen.

Pięknie położony, odnowiony z poszanowaniem historii miejsca Pałac. Sympatyczna obsługa, duże pokoje, świetne śniadanie jak i menu w restauracji kolacja romantyczna. Plus za basen i saunę. Z chęcią wrócimy wiosną lub latem. Jedyny minus to Przechodzenie z recepcji do pokojów przez restauracje jest dziwaczne.

Auf Empfehlung von Bekannten haben wir uns vorgenommen, einen gemütlichen Nachmittag bei Kaffee und Kuchen, in angenehmer Atmosphäre, zu verbringen. Gleichzeitig waren wir neugierig, da wir das Hotel als mögliche Urlaubsunterkunft ins Auge gefasst haben. Im Restaurant wurden wir mit unserem Wunsch in die Bar verwiesen. Dort waren wir die einzigen Gäste und die Atmosphäre war nicht unbedingt gemütlich. Mein Mann bestellte sich einen Kaffee Latte und ein Stück Cheesecake, übrigens der einzige Kuchen im Angebot und ich einen Ingwertee. Mein Mann bekam einen Kaffee Latte, der nicht sehr nach Kaffee schmeckte, da dieser sehr dünn war. Ich bekam, anstatt Ingwertee, einen Ingwersirup mit heißem Wasser, der viel zu süß war. Ich möchte gern meinen Tee selbst süßen. Auf den Kuchen hat dann mein Mann verzichtet, da dieser ewig nicht kam und der Kaffee bereits kalt war. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar hat auch mitbekommen, wie unzufrieden wir waren. Dem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben wir unser enttäuschendes Erlebnis geschildert. Sein Kommentar dazu war, dass er dafür nicht zuständig sei. Wir sollten uns an das Management wenden. Wir sind dann enttäuscht und unzufrieden gegangen und kommen bestimmt nicht wieder.

Excellent hide-away with a few hick-ups
We had booked three nights but extended for an extra due to the great hide-away feel and options for hiking activities in the surrounding areas (expect great trails and a lot of tourists). Overall, we found the hotel was excellent and really enjoyed the restaurant and friendly service, although limited English skills. We stayed in two different rooms due to our booking and must say both had a few hick-ups. Both related to the room settings, which automatically turns light on when going to the hallway which is weird as this will wake up your sleeping partner - such lighting must be very subtle. In addition, in the first room there was a window to the bathroom that couldn’t be shielded despite a dim light was on unless keycard was take out of socket. In the second room, the AC was quite noisy. This is what it is and didn’t take away our overall great impressing but the hotel claims five stars so maximum sleeping comfort should be a given thing.
