Lovely overnight stay here. Our hosts were lovely, and the 2 rooms were great. Lovely garden area which we sat out in with a cup of tea. The rooms had everything you needed. Bathroom and shower very good. Breakfast was top notch with plenty of options and very well cooked - we very much recommend.

Wow what a stunning place to stay! The bed was possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in, the pillows were so soft and supporting. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was the best I’ve had staying in a B&B! The host’s Tony and Felicia were excellent. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We stayed one night at Pickmere Country House to break up our journey onward to Derbyshire and booked the charming garden room with its own private access. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant overnight stay. Breakfast was a real highlight—beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The host was both professional and welcoming, striking the perfect balance of efficiency and hospitality. It also offered very good value for money, especially given the quality of service and surroundings. All in all, a lovely experience in a peaceful setting. We'd happily return.

Such a lovely overnight stay after attending a wedding at nearby Witton Albion. Felicia was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Some drinking water in the room would have been nice but apart from that everything was good. The bed was very comfortable too.

It was a spontaneous booking and we were extremely pleased. The Garden room was perfect and offered a good night's sleep. Shower hot with good pressure. Breakfast to order and was scrumptious. Hosts were welcoming and helped with local info. Will definitely return.

I’m a repeat visitor. Feels like home from home. Extremely quiet location but very close to main motorway routes. Rooms are a good size with comfortable bed. Car park is part of the site with charging for electric cars. Breakfast can be tailored to your own taste and the quality is unbeatable.

Comfy stay in lush Georgian house
We had a comfortable 2 night stay with the kids in a family room. It was very clean, beds were comfy, room was very roomy, breakfast was amazing. House has lots of lovely features. Would come again.
