First visit to Pickering, booked Bramwood guest b&b last minute and so glad we did , great location, beautiful house with luxury furnishings lovely and clean , Richard and Helene was perfect hosts and the breakfast was beautiful would definitely come back thank you for having us Angie & Eddie

Superb experience, quality and service
Very easy to find given the directions from the hosts.
We received a very warm welcome from Richard who explained everything we could possibly need for our stay.
Bramwood was very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus more.
The location is superb everything in Pickering is just a few minutes walk away, just one minute to the high street.
The room was well appointed, very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was lovely with excellent local produce cooked beautifully by Helene.
We can thoroughly recommend staying at The Bramwood, we will definitely be back very soon.

Comfortable guesthouse,5 minutes walk from high st. Clean ,warm and tidy bedroom with t.v.tea and coffee.. The bathroom was really clean, nice fresh towels and an excellent shower.We had a street facing room,(windows opened) and no noise at all through the night.Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice and cooked to order, so fresh and hot.Car park tight but not a problem,would recommend and return if we where in the area again.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The property is full of character in an interesting area of the town. Our room was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was well prepared with lots of choice. We were made to feel welcome and would definitely stay here again when visiting Pickering.

Bramwood is a beautiful building in a great, central location. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast served by the friendly owners. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return

Beautiful guesthouse centrally located in Pickering. Our room was lovely, quiet situated at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. Clean, crisp bedding, amazingly comfy bed. Ensuite bathroom had some lovely toiletries. Breakfast was great, lots of choice too. Short walk into Pickering, which is a pretty little town, close to amenities. Short drive to Whitby and the east coast. All in all would recommend 100%. Thank you Richard and Helene

Spotlessly clean B&B, our Room (Number 2) was spacious, warm & comfortable with views of the beautiful church. B&B is located less than 5 minutes walk from the centre of the town but is quiet due to the cul de sac location. The Guest House provides free off street parking. Helene & Richard are excellent hosts & the breakfast provided was superb. We will have no hesitation in booking in the future & intend to recommend it to our friends.
