Das Hotel strahlt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus in allen Belangen, Zimmer, Speisen, Service, Wellness, Sportmöglichkeiten und die Umgebung. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.... eigene Erfahrung sammeln !

The hotel is really nice , the rooms from modern up to Austrian style . We only went two days there for a short couple holiday. First night we had strange sounds coming from an other room or place in the house , after talking 2 Times to the night service - which is the owner he came and gave us a different room . We had to move at 00.30 in the morning cause we could not sleep with the sound happening every hour. The owner was not really happy that he had to come , cause he was on a big festival where he had some duty. Not really a sorry more an excuse - you came in a busy weekend - why did you not tell earlier - almost like making you feel bad for calling him . I had better service from his staff than him . The room was an upgrade but the whole way it was handled was not really customer - first like . Short two days with a disappointing first day weak excuses . The food and service in the restaurant is good - from 20.30 on now one is on the reception and you have to call a number if there is a problem , which I did a number of times and did not get straight away someone . It was nice but I would not more go there because of the experience we had with the owner at night . Sad and not soo good first time experience, I am a business owner too , I would not treat my customers like that .

We really loved this hotel. They have all kinds of amenities, including a spectacular spa, several saunas, bowling alley, electric bikes, and an expensive fitness room. The staff was very kind and helpful. I have food, allergies, and they created a whole three course meal special for me each night.

Unglaublich liebevoll und super gepflegtes Familiengut mit allen Facilities: von riesen Fitness-Angebot, Wellness-Anlage, Bar und Lounge-Bereiche, Chuttle zu den Ski-Liften. Uns haben unsere Zimmer (Fasan-Haus) extrem gut gefallen, mit Blick auf den Berg und wunderbar sonnendurchflutet! Das Weihnachten im Hof mit Bläsern und Glühwein und mit der Familie war herzerwärmend, gefolgt von einem tollen Festessen! Das Personal ist rundum wunderbar und auch der Shuttle zu den Liften ist sehr komfortable. Auch für Nicht-Ski-Fahrer ein toller Ort die Berge zu genießen und sich gut gehen zu lassen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Großen Dank an die Gutsfamilie und alle Mitarbeiter, die uns umsorgt haben.

Wir wollten 3 Tage bleiben, reisten nach einer schlaflosen Nacht schleunigst ab. von außen ein zunächst ansprechendes Hotel, das Zimmer war renoviert jedoch ohne Balkon zum angeblich ruhigen Innenhof. Im Zimmer gab es weder Klimatisierung noch einen Kühlschrank, diesen mussten wir erbitten. Für ein 4,5 Sterne Hotel ein No-Go! Nach etwa 2,5 Std. im Hotel, hatte uns bis dahin niemand auch nur ein Glas Wasser etc. angeboten. Das Abendessen verbrachten wir zunächst ohne ein Getränk, es dauerte etwa 25 Min. für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser, die mit 3 Euro berechnet wird, das 6 Gänge Menue :-) besteht aus Salat, Käsewürfel, warme Vorspeise vom Buffet, der Hauptgang und das Dessert wird serviert, kein frischer Saft zum Frühstück. Viel Hektik, man kommt nicht zur Ruhe. Das Hotel wird eher unpersönlich geführt. Das Buffet ist nichts besonderes die Käseplatte z. B. bestand aus Babybel und kleinen Käsewürfeln auch das Salatbuffet Standard. Angeblich sollte um 22 Uhr Nachtruhe sein. Leider konnten wir bis kurz vor 1 Uhr Nachts kein Auge zu tun. Man musste lüften, denn es war stickig warm im Zimmer, unten im Innenhof wurde bis etwa 24 Uhr laut gefeiert, es kümmerte sich niemand darum, um ca 1 Uhr hörte man noch, dass der Kellner nachhause fuhr. Um 7 Uhr wurden wir wieder durch Glockenläuten von der Friedhofskirche direkt beim Hotel geweckt. Insgesamt ein absolut nicht empfehlenswertes teures Hotel. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, die alten Teppiche gehören entsorgt. Ein Miniaufzug für 4 Personen ist absolut unpassend. Der Poolbereich zu klein. Schade für den Tag, das haben wir uns anders vorgestellt.
