Pésima, todo eran problemas y la dirección no soluciona nada. No se como quedan hoteles con una gestión tan pésima. Encima que se creen los amos del mundo no te solucionan nada. Si quieres sufrir, este es tu hotel. Si quieres pasarlo mal, este es tu hotel. No vuelvo a uno de la marca esta ni loco.
