The bedroom was rustic and functional. The hosts were very friendly as were their pets! The courtyard was safe and beautiful and pleasant to sit and share a glass of wine. The bed was basic and a little hard. Breakfast was a toasted cheese and ham sandwich, bread, cake, jam, tea, coffee and fruit juices, so very basic, but nicely presented.

A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). We will definitely come back!

A very bad experience for us, we are a young couple (24/23 years old) rooms full of cobwebs in every corner, in all the rooms there are carpets to cover the floor which evidently are rarely cleaned due to the dust. While my girlfriend was in the bathroom (luckily dressed) she saw the gentleman, who we think was supposed to be cleaning, peeking out the window to see if anyone was there. But no knock on the door?!?!?!. And you can't even think that he passed by by chance since the bathroom window is the last one at the end of the balcony so if you pass by it you're doing it on purpose, it's not a passage area.
