Everything is within walking distance. We stayed for one night, the Colonna Castle is located nearby, you can go and admire it and have a delicious meal

It was a nice stay, although due to a severe lack of public transportation around I highly recommend you grab your driving licence, because without it you'll be stranded and going around places is painful. Buses don't really go according to schedule, and you need tickets that might be hard to get.
The view from the residence is super beautiful though, and it's windy up there, so during the summer heat it feels nice.
There is a swimming pool very close to the residence, so if you don't have a need to swim in the sea that might be a good idea. But also, the swimming pool organises parties every Thursday, and the music is incredibly loud until 2-3 am.
The residence itself was great and clean and the owner was very helpful with explaining where everything is. If we had questions about the residence he'd reply with a helpful answer.

Excellent stay and treatment. Clean and quiet apartment with good views. Very comfortable bed. Perfect location to get around the different towns. Friendly and flexible owners. Perfect view of the sunset.

Terrible place. €25 to enter this crowded and disorganized pool, they don't even answer the phone for reservations. Plus, terrible restaurant, annoyed waiters, they answer you badly and make mistakes in giving you things. Not to be repeated. It's a shame it's so badly managed because the place is nice

Mr. Nino was very hospitable in his welcome with suggestions on what to do even in bad weather. The residence has a relaxing view of the gulf like the area around the residence. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back in August

The view enjoyed from the terrace is enchanting, the position, if reached by car, allows you to visit the coast in a short time. Unfortunately, we traveled by hydrofoil from Agropoli, so we had some difficulty arriving at the port in the late evening to reach the facility, but thanks to Mr. Antonino, host of the facility, we managed to resolve our travels easily.

The location is really convenient both for its location (excellent, close to everything in less than 15 minutes) and for comfort. The cleanliness is discreet, you find everything inside, very quiet and comfortable rooms, perhaps the bathroom is a little small. What if I have to find something to comment on? The swimming pool (it is part of the photos on booking) or private beach does not actually exist... upon our arrival unfortunately we realized that in reality there is a paid swimming pool 100 meters from the structure, a swimming pool which I do not recommend for those looking peace (it was full of children of all ages...and it was Monday). In my opinion, only photos of the property's services should be posted... this is to avoid creating misunderstandings. The TV (if you want to use it) doesn't work.. the signal comes and goes.. There's no breakfast..but we realized later that there is a structure next door that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for a fee. Overall for those looking for a good location and peace the place is ok. I forgot... again in my opinion there should always be a person available in a facility (reception does not exist) at any time of the day. In this there is only one who manages it who is not always present. If any problem arises, what do you do?

I stayed for 3 nights as I was on business in the local area and the residence l'incanto was a wonderful base. The owner, Antonio, was quick to respond to queries and was always helpful. The bed was comfy, the view fantastic and the shower very good quality. If I return to the area I will most likely visit again.
