Very good location 5 km out of town in a forest, quiet, clean and well organised. Big enough for 2 people, Sleeping room, Living and eating area with kitchen, big bathroom, Aircon and Internet. verygood beds !

It was a big disappointment what we experienced in the resort, as there has been a complete renovation going on there since February (external thermal insulation and internal renovation of the buildings. (This renovation is expected to last until December) Only a few of the 110 apartments were in operation, and so we had to suffer the inconveniences associated with the renovation. Neither RCI nor the HOTEL INFORMED us about this! The resort did not have a sauna, a game room (we wanted to play ping-pong), or a snack bar at the reception. Despite this, we had to buy a 70 euro card that included the use of the above, as well as the shuttle bus fee, which took us to Assisi once a day and brought us back a few hours later. This "bus" was also just a passenger car, which was not running on Saturday, so we could only take a taxi from the train station, which was quite expensive: 35 euros, and on the way home - since we left at 6:40 in the morning, the taxi driver also charged us a 10 euro night fee, so we paid 45 eurosThe kitchen equipment was not adequate, they could not provide a microwave oven upon our request, there was no kettle, blender, etc. - despite the list. The temperature of the room was not suitable for us either - since the air conditioner was constantly cooling the room - this was finally solved by cutting the cable. They could not provide an electric heater upon our request, so we both caught a cold and got sick. We could only spend most of the two weeks in our uncomfortably cold apartment.We were satisfied with the reception ladies, they were not to blame for the problems.

The staff was amazing! The people in this area are so nice and made us feel welcomed and really made our stay better than expected. The facility was nice but it is remote so make sure you are prepared to relax and enjoy nature.
