Strange place. The woman at reception seemed confused when we asked her to get ants out of our room. I don’t understand how the reviews here are so good. It was cheap so maybe good value.

I do not recommend this hotel. It is better to choose a hotel in the city center and walk along the embankment and the surrounding area in the evening. There is nothing near this hotel. And a taxi from the center to the airport is not that expensive, up to 300 baht.
The hotel owners do not make contact when asking to cancel the reservation. I read many reviews that there are bedbugs here, and for me this is unacceptable. In the end, the hotel that I booked for the same price was just great and fresh.

Staff was super nice and professional. Was an issue with bugs in the room. They moved me immediately and handled it great. So minus points because there was an issue but overall great since they handled it quickly with zero fuss.
