Such a big interesting room and so cozy place to stay

They clean on request. You need to hang it on the door for them to clean. Overall, not bad. But we just came to spend the night and sat on the balcony in the evening.

The room is beautiful and has a bathtub to soak in the water. The swimming pool is beautiful.

The atmosphere at the hotel is very good. Good service staff, extremely friendly, location is considered ok, comfortable, very impressive, will go back again. Inside the room is spacious, not cramped, the view is very good. Overall, it is considered extremely impressive.

Awful stay, don't even consider it! I can't find enough words to describe how bad my stay was in this hotel. I stayed for two days, but every moment was like a nightmare. First of all, the hygiene conditions are appalling. The room was full of dust, the carpet had unknown stains, and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I can't believe that such an environment can be called a "hotel". To make matters worse, there was a water and power outage during the stay. The water outage made it impossible for me to wash, and the power outage plunged the entire room into darkness. I can't believe this is a phenomenon in the 21st century! Moreover, the hotel is located in an extremely remote location, with almost no transportation nearby, and it was extremely difficult to get a taxi, which increased my transportation costs invisibly and made me very annoyed. Overall, this stay was a disaster. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel unless you want to experience a hellish trip. I am very disappointed with everything here, and I hope my bad review can remind others to stay away from this nightmare place.

Perfect location, great service and staff

The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the area is too small, so some facilities are not perfect. And the room I lived in had ants at night, quite a few. But generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is very high. It is a ten-minute walk from Chalong Pier. It is recommended for single occupancy.

Cosy, resort hotel, friendly and professional staff. Nice swimming pool, well-groomed, green territory, there is a sauna. Excellent value for money. In this area, the beaches are not for swimming, the coastline is dirty. Near the hotel there is a lot of delicious food in local taverns.

Very good hotel friendly people nice location and everything clean.

We discovered this little gem after a nearby hotel totally mixed up our booking and found the family run business to be so truly charming. We had just had a really stressful week and this was absolute heaven as it's so quiet the absolute best baths my husband and I just loved it so much after checking out going to the beach for a few days we returned here for another week and have extended twice! The nearby shack restaurants has incredible food too we found everyone to be so kind caring and genuinely happy which can be unique in today's world cannot recommend z and z resort enough oh and there's a little sauna too which was great to relax in daily too
