We came to Saii Laguna Phuket for a family celebration and the experience was absolutely astonishing! We got an ocean view room with a fantastic view of the sea with different shades of blue colors, seeing the sunset and the sunrise from the balcony was just beautiful. Room was very neat and cozy, extremely clean even after we used to come back from the beach and leaving sand all over the place. Hotel staff is very friendly, kind and proactive always focus on providing a world class quality service. Special mention to Helena, Nokky, Mintang, Rum, Mod and Tanya… these great people made our stay even better surpassing any expectation we had. I strongly recommend this hotel, I have been in many hotels across the world and this indeed became one of my top 3 out of my favorite 10. This is an ideal place to have a relaxing and strategic family vacation. Book it and you wont regret it! Thanks a lot for making such a pleasant stay for us. Cheers!

Our room was the Beach access room and it was THE right decision made especially with 2 kids together! It was super convenient to go to the beach and the swimming pool!!! The staff were great, their food were amazing and we loved their breakfast! They have free shuttle bus and free shuttle boat which we also enjoyed. We’ll def come back again!

Amazing stay! The service was impeccable, and we really were given a lot of attention especially at the Club. It was a pity we went when the lobby and main restaurant is being renovated. We look forward to being back again.

The place was very accommodating, relaxing ambiance. Service was excellent all the staffs are attentive and warmth in welcoming the guests. Beach was beautiful. Perfect for a gateway. Special mention to Sumalee of Front office and her team for taking good care of us in all our needs in the resort. Spa treatment was also very rejuvenating. Will definitely comeback....

Very nice hotel with great pools and private beach. The room is very spacious, clean and beautiful. The breakfast is abit bland, not many varieties and repetitive. Location wise, hotel does have shuttle to the laguna main entrance where all the shops and convenience stores are, but only operate only certain hours, 1,3,7,9pm and with booking only…

From check in to check out, staff was warm, efficient & professional. The room was well equipped to details such as a coffee Maker, torchlight, umbrella…branded toiletries. The pool was scenic and clean.,Walk right onto a long beautiful beach. Sunset walks were amazing. Breakfast choice a bit limited for hot food but very healthy & whatever was offered was of high quality. Service was perfect for breakfast., High tea’s free to make up for renovation in progress., I was not disturbed at the Lagoon wing. Such a peaceful serene place. I highly recommend this hotel and keep it up!

Fantastic hotel, room was large and clean. The best part of it was the staff service, welcome and very helpful. They took care of everything from pre-booking the taxi (early flight!) and even prepared breakfast box for takeaway.

Saii Laguna hotel is located in Laguna Phuket.when arrive,the staffs are welcome us warmly,attentive and serve us welcome drink.room is big,beautiful and comfortable.can view beautiful garden lake from our room.we enjoy the free high tea in the decorated room near to the lobby.swimming pools are big,clean and can view beautiful sunset.we do provide free boat to the canal village ,we enjoying our dinner where .after dinner do some shopping and back to hotel with boat.overall,Saii Laguna Phuket is beautiful and huge resort.Will stay again next time if come to Phuket again.

The service was excellent. Other than the standard gym, I am happy that there's tennis court, squash court, table tennis, pool table. Racquet and balls was complimentary. The room is new, nice and clean. The complimentary after tea was good. I love that they have decaf coffee. However, there's major renovation going on during our stay, this was the only draw back. Awesome experience

Quite clean and service are excellent. The resort is big and requires some walking. Car parking easy. The only thing is the morning breakfast buffet which I expected more variety of food.

The hotel is situated right next to the beach, so we got to wake up to the sound of the waves every morning. However, that also means the hotel is located quite far away from the entrance of the laguna resort area, so it is not very convenient to access local shops/ street food stalls outside of the resort area on foot. Shuttle buses are available but limited. Fortunately some of the massage shops nearby provide free shuttle service back to the hotel so it made up for it. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast options are limited, but the food changes everyday and were fairly good. The pools are not very big, but it was not too crowded and has a slide which was fun for kids and adults alike. Sunset view was magnificent. Overall, a very nice stay.

We stayed at Saii Laguna for a week, everything was great. The service is perfect, the staff is very helpful and polite. 2 mins to get to the beach, huge pool, lots of restaurants in the area, free transfer to get to the other parts of laguna Highly recommend!
