Pros: Beautiful views, great pool and lounge area. As well as a functional children's room and gymnasium. Excellent staff and proximity to Nai Harn beach. Delicious and varied breakfasts.
Cons: very old and uncomfortable rooms in need of renovation and updating. Curtains are in holes. The blinds were broken and no one fixed them for a month. And a lot of other little things.
And you should be prepared for stairs)

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room.
Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.
