Please allow me to clarify this for you When you checked in, you booked a room for 2 people, but there were 4 of you, it is generally against hotel policies and can lead to additional charges. Hotels have occupancy limits for safety and comfort reasons, and exceeding these limits can cause inconvenience to other guests and potentially violate fire codes or other regulations. However, since you stated your initial purpose that you only wanted to store your luggage, my staff was very cooperative and allowed you to check in because they understood your situation, even though it was something that should not have been done. When you came back to get your keycard, you asked for an additional towel, which we usually provide for two in the room. The staff informed you according to the policies that there would be a charge of 50 baht per towel the decision rests with you. However, Regardless of what you book a room for, if there are more than two guests, there will be a charge of 500 baht for an extra person, but for your booking, we did not charge you. Actually, we aim to make every guest happy during stay with us and we do apologize that our service was below your expectations, Thank you once again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back on the next visit!Sincerely,Assistant Hotel Manager
