This hotel was amazing, the service was incredible, upon arrival we were given free honey butterfly tea and one of the staff helped us to our room with our bags. Not to mention we were given a free upgrade to a room with private pool access right outside our balcony and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. The location was great too! It was directly in the middle of both Kata beach and Karon beach and lots of shops were nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The only issue was during the time of our stay the spa was undergoing renovations so we could not access it.

Very nice hotel, staff is great. Always fresh and clean, breakfast is great, even on hangover. Nearby shopping places, plenty of food.

I received a great deal for what I paid. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was better than what was expected. The facility is nice and the room is just as it looks in the pictures I found some bugs inside the room, but I didn't mind.

The hotel is on an uphill slope, but it is very quiet inside. It is quite close to Karon Beach and a little far from 711. There are cars for pick-up at any time in the hotel. The swimming pool is very comfortable. The hotel air conditioner is a little noisy. The shower water is a little dirty. You need to bring your own filter.

Excellent hotel! Nice place near both Kata and Karon! Good breakfasts! I liked that there were three of us with a child and there were always towels for three and water in the room! Beach towels are changed every day! We liked everything! The nearby market is much cleaner than in Patong!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Karon Beach. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. We went to the cliff restaurant recommended by Xiao🍠, which is only about 10 minutes by motorcycle. Overall it is very good
