I booked a 4 bedroom suite. The suite is really big and all four rooms have private bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The hotel provides 24-hour free shuttle to and from any area in Kamala, which is very convenient. After dinner, you can call the hotel to arrange a pick-up. You can ask to install Apple tv and YouTube. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good and professional.
If I really have to complain, it's that the hotel is a bit old and I need to ask someone to repair the door lock, water heater and floor when I first checked into the room. A bit time consuming.

I honestly didn't find any disadvantages to this hotel! In Thailand, tipping is not mandatory, but in this hotel when you ask for an amenity at the pool or restaurant, they automatically include 10%! Maybe I didn't see it in the small letters but you can ask.
For everything else, you can book blindly 100% recommended! I think if they had an all-inclusive plan it would be the best in Phuket!
Another mini disadvantage they have is that they don't have a private beach, but they take you to the nearest beach at no cost :) super!

The room is big and the price/performance ratio is high, probably because Camilara Beach is relatively remote in Phuket. I recommend the room with swimming pool first, but I didn't choose it because I was slow. The service is normal, not very considerate nor very neglectful, different people will feel different. If you don't know English, it's probably not possible. The consumption at the pool bar is also very normal, and it is definitely more cost-effective than Sanya.
