Really nice environment. The service was great. The room was very clean. The staff was really nice and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the view from everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel was truly luxurious, just as advertised. I was very impressed with the service, and having a private pool with a stunning sea view was absolutely amazing. However, the location was a bit isolated—aside from Sinea Hotel, there wasn’t much nearby, and it’s not a walkable area. Overall, it’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful and upscale retreat!

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to old town Service and room were very nice, and the hilltop cafe which serves Starbucks coffee had a real nice view with a cool breeze At check in you will download an app that enables you to call buggy, room service, etc etc. you will require a buggy where ever you go as the hotel is located on a mountain and the hotel area is very steep

The stay was so comfortable the staff was amazing and we had such a joyful host Mr. Sek who was such a helping hand, this is an amazing place for vacation S and family time I’m definitely going to return. The rooftop cafes view was magnificent and the buffet breakfast extremely delicious.

Pros: Top-tier service, nice little buggies, Starbucks with amazing view and enjoyable activity options. Location is away from crowded tourist spots, you may enjoy your vacation if you like this. Cons: Pools might not suit tall people as both public and private pools are 1.2m in depth. Location is a bit inconvenient if you are the “typical tourists”.

The whole experience is memorable ! The scenery the friendly staff to the beautiful buffet! The private pool is lovely even with jacuzzi! Definitely come back again!

Absolutely amazing!! 10 minutes from Phuket Old Town and away from all the crowds. Stunning views, free mini bar, sparking wine at breakfast along with delicious Thai milk tea! A useful app to call the buggy and book the spa, room service etc. the rooms at beautifully decorated and the staff is helpful!

Nice small resort in a more exclusive area , wish there is more restaurants choices. The Starbucks at the top is a must-go because the view is perfect. Some staffs are nice while some are not so friendly

Worst experience ever, no privacy at all even though it looks private in the pictures !! We took the most expensive category for one bedroom villa and we didn’t enter the pool even once !!! Even the villa itself not private, everyone can see you. We have payed 2000 AED for NOTHING. The front desk are not helpful at all, they don’t want to help you actually.

Staff are nice and help is a lot and buggy always are on time! Breakfast can be made better so different food options every day! But the location is far away from the city and you have to take a motorbike or taxi! But at least we are happy to stay there!

Sinae Hotel’s facilities are fantastic, clean and well kept. The customer service is extremely friendly and thoughtful. Everyone staff we met were kind and full of energy. The restaurant has a nice selection of dishes and suitable with our family’s taste.
