We stayed at the hotel for 28 nights. Excellent location, the sea is 10 minutes walk away, 7-Eleven and Tops are nearby. The room is clean, comfortable, the air conditioner is new. We lived on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the mountains. The room is cleaned if you hang a sign, the bed linen and towels are snow-white, a comfortable mattress. The balcony is just a name (half of the balcony is occupied by the air conditioner). The shower flows directly onto the toilet. The furniture is all old, everything is on the verge of fantasy. The second time we've got the room on the 4th floor. Room was a bit tired. But the most bad thing that there was the old A/C. It could barely breathe, but still working. I was a bit disappointed about this old A/C, coz always good to get a new one.
Other things was quite good. For this price around 25-30$ per night you couldn't ask more, I think.

Расположение отеля отличное! До моря 5 минут, до Бангла роуд 7 минут пешком. И в то же время находится на тихой улице! Все рядом, массажные салоны, рестораны и магазины 7/11. Номера просторные, чистые. Убирают хорошо. Внизу есть ресторан турецкой кухни. Немного дороже чем в других заведениях, но очень вкусно! Отель советую для посещения!
