The hotel has simply broken all negative records! It doesn't even deserve 3 stars. Why does trip.com give them 4 stars??? The furniture and renovation are antediluvian! The photos provided on the website were taken many years ago by a very good photographer, in reality the room looks much worse. There is no lighting in the room, two lamps are on, which do not give any light at all; the toilet stopped flushing on the very first day; a set of toothpaste and a toothbrush was given out once for five days; for some reason the hair dryer is hanging in the hall; we looked out the window once and saw people catching a rat in the pool, we thought that we could not see well from the fifth floor and it was not a rat, but the next day at breakfast this rat ran past us, and all the people sat and said nothing (they probably leave positive reviews about this hotel and for them it is normal when rats run past). And most importantly, on the last day of stay my husband got food poisoning from breakfast. We ended up in the hospital, the vacation was ruined.

Overall, the hotel is good. But we encountered a problem. If you are checked in on the 5th floor, there is an unbearable hum from the roof. Perhaps this is how the ventilation works. The hum is like in a factory. This is the first time we encountered this, as a result, a headache and a ruined vacation. We asked to be moved lower, it happened only after two days. There was no limit to our joy, finally we got rid of this punishment in the form of a strong hum both day and night. The location of the hotel is normal. Breakfasts are good. The staff is excellent. Everyone tried in the canteen! Cleaning at a high level, change of towels, tea, coffee every day.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We really liked the location of the hotel. It is located in close proximity to the shopping center and Bangla Street, but at the same time a little away from the road and therefore the area is quiet and calm. It is not very convenient to walk to the beach, but, in general, it was not annoying. Breakfasts at the hotel are not bad, but you can do without them, because the hotel is adjacent to a cafe, where the food is very tasty))). The staff responded to all requests, we did not notice any negativity towards guests, as some write in reviews. I can recommend the hotel for a vacation.

Hotel is located on convenient location where public beach and Bangla Rd is within 10 minutes of walk. There are 2 pools, and one of them is about 1.6m deep. Rooms are clean, however furnitures and decorations are bit older than expected or as showed on pictures. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Overall hotel service is good. We booked total of 5 rooms, and some of the room had AC issues, which they exchanged for different room.
