Everything went well, but the room unfortunately was not very comfortable, humid with signs of water infiltration, small and with a window towards other rooms and internal courtyard. 4th floor without elevator. The hotel is in the night market

Front desk: friendly and welcoming Room: fairly basic and clean, the street is busy but the room is silent. Not the best airflow. Location: 10/10, right next to the night market for easy food, beach is a 500m walk, many other places of interest and cheap motorbike rentals in the area.

The room was very humid, the air was filled with a sour smell, there were people making noise downstairs late at night, and all the facilities felt very old. The only advantage is that life is convenient

The hotel was excellent value for money and extremely well situated in a great location next to the beach and parade of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean abd the staff helpful.

Good for couples and groups of people. Within a square of services and food. Room was ok. Not much problems.

The hotel is located in a good place, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a night market nearby with a lot of tasty and varied food, fruits and various goods. There is a 7/11 right in the building. Of the minuses, there is no elevator, but the man from the reception kindly helped to lift the suitcases to the room. And on the very first day, a cockroach fell out of the air conditioner (it was not very pleasant, but this only happened once, apparently a fly-by, they did not pay special attention)

Insanely noisy air conditioner that smells like mold, mildew, and mildew. And so in every room. The air conditioner always blows at maximum and is impossible to regulate. The place is good. Everything you need is nearby. The airport bus runs directly through this hotel which is great.

Good day! I liked the hotel, although it is quite simple. The location is good, there is a night market nearby, it is 5 minutes to Kata Beach, but we usually walked further closer to the middle. There are restaurants, pharmacies and everything else you need nearby. The windows will either overlook a busy road or a night market until 23.00. But in general, with the balcony door closed, you can hardly hear anything. Every day they put 2 bottles of water, even if they do not clean (this is on request, when you hang up a sign). Beach towels are provided. Upon check-in, they take 500 baht, which are then returned. There is a tiny pool on the roof, but it is suitable for refreshing yourself and relaxing. There is another one there, but it is already overgrown with mud and looks unpleasant, a new life has probably already begun there :) In general, for its price, a good option

Very good location of the hotel, excellent massage in the house, 7/11, fun cafe bar, money changers. There are 2 night markets under the windows, which is very convenient!) We lived in this hotel twice. The first time we had a room without a balcony, it was not very convenient in terms of drying things. The second time we rented a room with a balcony, things dried perfectly and in general it was much more convenient and brighter) the balcony overlooks the courtyard with the Kata Walking Street market. The market closes at 22:30 and there is complete silence. The hotel has 2 small rooftop pools, tables and sun loungers. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Deposit 500 baht. If you need cleaning, just leave the card on the door handle, without it there will be no cleaning, they will only leave 2 bottles of water under the door
