Small hotel on the outskirts of Kamala Beach. There is no restaurant, but there is a cafe nearby across the bridge that is open from 7 am, we had breakfast there. The room was very nice, we had a view of the sea and a small beach. It is impossible to swim on this beach: there are rocks and a river flows nearby, there is garbage from it. But the view from the terrace is great! And the territory is well-groomed and beautiful. There is a large swimming pool. The room is clean, but towels and linen are not changed every day. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can live in this house for a long time. Friendly staff, well-kept area. I recommend it to those who want a relaxing holiday. There is a 7/11 nearby and there is a very beautiful beach to the right along the road behind the 5* hotels.

Outstanding property stayed in room M1L which is ground floor facing the private beach. The villa is 2 bedroom with a very well equipped kitchen, it really had everything you could possibly need. The resort is at the end of the main beach in kamala, which makes it ideal location for reaching the main shopping and restaurants etc, but also wonderfully quiet, you really do feel like you can relax and get away from it all. With the outside patio area surrounded by flowers it feels very private, a real home from home if you want it to be.

Literie confortable, salle de bains agréable, très grand réfrigérateur, WiFi 5g super rapide, très calme, service attentionné... 1 grande et 1 petite piscine...5 mn à pied de la plage, tout commerces à proximité immédiate, nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Хочу сказать спасибо менеджерам отеля за быструю обратную связь и помощь в решении проблем. Помогли быстро решить проблемы с номером, не пугают ковидом (нет тотального контроля как во многих отелях). Большая зелёная зона, нет насекомых, вся техника исправна. Приедем ещё. I want to thank the hotel managers for the quick feedback and help in solving problems. They helped to quickly solve problems with the room, they don’t scare covid (there is no total control like in many hotels). Large green area, no insects, all appliances are in good working. We'll come again.

The location was great, we had a small, intimate beach right outside of our room, this was our view, fabulous! The room appeared cleanish, opening the furniture cabinets and kitchen cabinets we found were not clean.

Please do not come to this hotel. Staff is very rude and ignorant. Photos have nothing to do with the reality. They have put us into the loudest room ever , the same is based just on the car park. Busy , loud , smells , horrible. The most horrific experience I had so far from their staff.
