Overall, the hotel is of a good standard - delicious and varied breakfasts, spacious rooms, everything in the room was enough. Close to the sea (to Kata, but we preferred to go to the beach of Kata Noi). Fruits are provided in a rather limited quantity (in portions on small plates).
Of the minuses - unfortunately, the staff could not ensure that there were no strangers in our pool (the pool should only be accessible from our and the neighboring room, no one lived in the neighboring room during our stay). We had to contact the staff 2 times that people were swimming in our pool, which was very disturbing - the child fell asleep, and people laughed loudly and swam, it was very uncomfortable, because we paid extra for a private pool. By the end of our stay, the water in it became cloudy, no one cleaned it (you can see in the photo). In addition, I didn't like the rule that we weren't allowed to take out 1 pancake for a child who doesn't eat anything for breakfast except this pancake, and we weren't persuaded to have breakfast in the restaurant. Throwing away food is not environmentally friendly and these rules are outdated - please review the hotel's policy in this part.
Also, for someone it may be critical - we were placed in the far (almost the highest) building and had to walk long distances and two elevators to get to the reception and leave the hotel. But in terms of physical activity there are no questions, we were not against it. They offered to change the room, but we didn't, because we were too lazy to pack and unpack things, and so we stayed for only 4 nights.
We will not return to this hotel, we didn't like the stay, although at the beginning, when we first stayed, everything was generally fine.
