I recently stayed at Impiana Resort Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The resort is ideally located right on Patong Beach, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and access to the lively local scene. The place is good. But, the cleaning staff needs some training. They kept speaking loudly among themselves ignoring the sign on the door which says do not disturb. The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I have lived in this hotel for almost 10 years. The environment and rooms were acceptable 10 years ago, but now it is much worse than 10 years ago! I won't go into details, the room leaks, the swimming pool tiles are falling off. The lobby service and restaurant service are not as good as they were 10 years ago. I have nothing to say against this hotel. If you don't want it to have the best location in Patong, don't choose it.
