Never again! This is the only impression I have about this hotel! Firstly, check-in is from 15:00, not from 14:00 as stated here in the application, and no one has obviously lived there and probably for quite a long time (after what I saw in the room), they could have made concessions, after a long flight and checked us in an hour earlier. Secondly, we went up to the 3rd floor with suitcases, there is no elevator, the stairs are steep and inconvenient, already on the way to the room you could smell old age, just like in an old house that is not well maintained. Thirdly, the room is something else, old age is just everywhere, everything is shabby, just painted with a brush, the lighting is so useless that it only spoils your eyes, the safe did not work, we called a repairman; The water in the shower was freezing cold, we also called a repairman... it turned out that the flow-through water heater was dull and turned itself off, then we washed ourselves either in boiling water or in ice water - this could not be fixed! The linen and towels were GRAY from age or poor washing, it was disgusting to dry off! Sleeping on linen with stains was also so-so! Cleaning, they just swept the beds with a broom! There was no talk of washing the floor. The location of the air conditioner is a separate art form, it blows directly on you when you lie down, we suffered while setting it up, in the end we just slept in the stuffiness, because we did not want to get sick. This was a description of a family room, two rooms. The only plus is the pool, more or less, it seems clean, although old. Only the umbrellas there are worthless! A micro umbrella that will not save you from the sun. The food is generally mediocre, rice, noodles, pastries... and so on for 14 days! Nothing changes there, as some write, if today they gave rice, tomorrow there will be noodles and so on in a circle. In general, the impressions are simply the worst. Half a year ago we stayed in the neighboring Wekata, well, it's heaven and earth, in general in everything!!! Although the price is almost the same! We were forced to move here, since everything was sold out there! For the first time I wanted to go home so much, the impression of the hotel spoiled the vacation so much! After all, vacation is vacation, there is vacation and you need comfort, pleasing to the eye... And this was torture! I do not recommend it to anyone!

- A hotel with three different branches. I booked under this name, but the front desk didn't call me that. I asked the front desk to confirm. The room I stayed in was in another building and it seemed to have another name. It was an apartment with two bedrooms and simple facilities. The biggest problem was that there was no security downstairs. There was no door in and out of the stairs. Anyone could go directly to the door of the room. It was extremely quiet and there was no one on the top floor. There was only one apartment per floor. Women should be careful when choosing a two-bedroom or three-bed room.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, it feels like a beach hotel, and the hygiene is also good, but you can feel that the facilities are not very new, the air conditioner is very loud, and the sink is not sensitive. But it is worth the price. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Kata Beach. There are many restaurants and 711 nearby, and it is quite safe. The service staff is also very friendly and helped with the luggage!
