I stayed five nights in this hotel. For 4 * it's very bad! King size bed but two mattresses and they move apart) Cleaning and change of linen and towels not every day, in five nights they cleaned twice, swept the top without wet cleaning, towels were changed twice too. And the most important thing is the air conditioners! For a hotel of this category this is simply unacceptable, especially when the sunny side outside is +35 Panoramic windows and dark curtains (the curtains heated up like a radiator)! In my room it blew hot air, I went to the reception, they promised to solve the problem, the next day until the evening the problem was not solved and no one tried to solve it! I demanded to be moved and it started.... First one room (all rooms are the same in amenities) then the second everything is the same air conditioners blow hot (we were waiting in each one) and very noisy in the end looked at 4 rooms and chose one of the 4 where the air conditioner was very noisy but at least it worked, but in addition to the noise there was another problem it was impossible to change the temperature the remote was wrapped with tape) (for lack of anything better stayed in this room, cooled and turned off. Summarizing everything said above for 4 * this is an epic fail! So-so hotel ... the only thing is that there is a panoramic view, a good shower, there is a small pool.

The view from the balcony of Chalong district, the sea and the mountains delight the eye every morning from the large panoramic window.
