Great hotel for your money! We stayed there for 12 days and were very pleased. The cleaning lady was incredibly kind and at night, if we ran out of water, she gave us new water. Always clean and pleasant, the room is spacious, overall 10 out of 10.

The entrance was dissepointed... Don't take room 304...very bad smell in the bathroom...on Christmas evening no water to take a shower... Very noisy from outside...a lot of traffic jam..at the corner of a junction.. Nearby the nightmarket....

A small hotel with everything you need at a reasonable price. The room has a huge bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, air conditioning, a mini refrigerator, two balconies, a kettle, and enough furniture. There are no mosquitoes, cockroaches or anything else. The plumbing is not new, but these are minor things. But the room has a beach bag with a mat and two beach towels. There's a great restaurant downstairs. 12 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the macro supermarket, 3 minutes to 7/11, cross the road to the night market (open from 14 to 23).

We spent a couple of nights at the sugar and spice Inn and loved it! The room was great: hot shower, very large and comfy bed, nice pillows ,TV, A/C, indoor sitting area and balcony and very good WiFi. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located near the beach but it has two problems: The first is that Club Med blocks the access to the beach and therefore you have to walk a bit but through a smelly and dangerous alley to the beach The second is that The sewage system of the building where the restaurant is located is bad, which makes the bathrooms smell of sewage all day. The hotel is nice but it should correct its sewage problem as soon as possible.

Great location within walking distance to both Karon and Kata beaches. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and you should definitely take advantage of the tour assistance in the restaurant:) The owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. This is a great hotel and I highly recommend!
