The room hardware and area are excellent. The cheapest mountain view room is reserved for Accor members. Accor members cannot link to Ctrip booking. There is no free breakfast and no room upgrade. The mountain view is hard to describe. It looks like my rural hometown. If you usually travel at this price, you will not regret choosing this one. I recommend the Shanghai Sea View. If your budget is not that high, I suggest staying at a cheaper place, order a rooftop bar here, spend a seafood set of 4,000 baht, order two glasses of wine and enjoy the sunset.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel butler service is actually monitoring the guests, taking photos and videos to find faults 24 hours a day (without prior knowledge or notification). It is the worst experience!
Except for the service, everything else is perfect. But I will never choose it again in my lifetime.
I came to Bali today and there is also a hotel of the same brand. The scenery is also top-notch. I checked the rating and the service is still 0. I dare not step on the thunder again. I still choose Bulgari.
