Excellent hotel, cleaning at its best, towels were changed every day, water was added to the room, next to the Lotus store there is a mini market every day, it works until about 9 p.m., every Thursday there is a night market 7-10 minutes walk away. There are good cafes with Thai cuisine nearby. There are a couple of restaurants with European and Mexican cuisine nearby, the price tag is of course too high. A shuttle takes you to the beach and to the shops. Of the beaches, I liked Surin the most, but after sunset life there stops. The pool in the hotel is good, in the morning there is sun, in the shade after lunch. The staff is excellent. I liked everything, I recommend

Booked the corner deluxe room for EDC Phuket 2025 for 2pax. Location was near enough to the venue with many shops, bars, restaurants, convenience store and massage places etc along the way around the area 👍🏼 all within walking distance or a quick bike ride away.
Receptionist on duty upon check in was very kind and friendly and offered us free shuttle services to EDC, however we didn’t take it as the traffic along the main road was congested most of the time, hence we booked grab / bolt bikes mostly. The condo provides free shuttle to malls such as Porto De Phuket and other places too.
The room was cozy, comfy and well equipped. Aircon was cold which was good.
The only thing we noticed was a number of small insects such as bugs, moths etc in the room from time to time. They were harmless but not a pleasant sight. But there are many trees & plants / forested area around the condo, so I guess it can’t be helped.
The condo had a nice pool and gym too 👍🏼 overall a satisfactory and comfortable stay.

To be honest, the photos I saw online looked very good, but the actual hotel was very different. The room was too small. The room I was given with my child was not facing the sun. The swimming pool was super small. The hotel was also very small and the location was remote. The hotel experience was extremely bad for 1,500 per day. It was too bad. It was not as good as the hotels in China that cost more than 200.
