Excellent five-star hotel. Many locations with swimming pools, good breakfasts, a choice of dishes for every taste. Surin Beach is a 15-minute walk away, there is also a shuttle on a schedule, it's only a 4-5-minute ride.
The hotel is very large, but there is enough space for everyone.
I especially liked the view from the balcony. Therefore, ask for rooms on the upper floors, you will not regret it.

The hotel upgraded our room type. We originally booked 2 ordinary rooms, but they upgraded us to a 3-bedroom sea view suite. They also left us a thoughtful message and upgraded us for 3 nights for free. Thank you very much

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025.
Pros:
1) fresh, stylish rooms
2) delicious breakfasts from 6:30 am
3) several swimming pools and gyms
4) quick response to all requests
5) good cleaning
Cons:
1) more than 15 minutes walk to the beach
2) check-in was delayed by 40 minutes
3) there is no normal storage space in the room, only 3-5 hangers and 0 shelves in the closet
4) very large territory and a long exit from the hotel, in the heat it is difficult to climb all these slides
5) well and the main minus: we were accommodated with a view of the playground in the pool, although we do not have children, we are newlyweds) it seemed that such a room is suitable only for families 🥲
We paid about 13k/night for a double room with breakfast, it seemed that the price was justified)

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Check in took us an hour and the room service is not responsive at all. Lobby was packed with travellers due to slow check in. Rooms are located up hill and there’s no buggy service. Whereas for the restaurant, it took forever for them to cook.

Wonderful hotel! The location is very convenient, we found it quickly. Everything went quickly and smoothly at check-in. The staff is very responsive. The room was clean, cleaning and towel change every day. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The hotel corresponds to the description and photos.
