My family in Japan got sick so I requested a cancellation via trip.com 4 days before the stay, but they said they would not accept cancellations after the reservation was confirmed. I liked the hotel, green territory, the staff is polite and always ready to help. The room and the hotel have everything you need. The breakfast is good, tasty, small, but you can eat your fill. There is a transfer to the airport, cheaper than a taxi.
