I stayed the last year and it was as amazing as then. The lady in the restaurant was as friendly as the last time we visited and she remembered us too! The front desk staff offered us to take a shower after checking out :)

The staff at this hotel are so amazing!! They were so helpful and the food at the restaurant is great. If I went back to Phuket I would go back. Great location, a short walk to the beach and it is on the road of many shops and good food. Only thing was there was a lot of ants in my room when I first arrived, but not much you can do about that, there’s bugs everywhere, after all it is Thailand! Amazing place, 10/10 would recommend!!

Tired building and tired staff. Very little enthusiasm and energy for Thailand standards.

Really comfortable large apartment (two bedroom and lounge kitchen) pool was nice and reception were helpful. Great place to stay if you want something a bit calmer than Patong

Overall it was quite good and can recommend it if you don’t pay too much attention on the hotel and prefer more the location and bars in walking distance

Very good location of the hotel, near the beach, 7-11, inexpensive cafe for breakfasts 936, and also our favorite restaurant in Kamala Blu Manao. The hotel is far from new, but it is looked after, cleaning is good. Spacious rooms 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa (does not fold out) you can very comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people. 2 swimming pools located along the hotel buildings give the opportunity to refresh yourself in the off-season when the sea is stormy and you can’t swim in it. For your money, a very good option.

The bed was very uncomfortable, you get stuck in all the springs, we both woke up with a lot of back pain, otherwise everything was fine. They did not take our request into account

The reason for booking his home is that there is a big room where the whole family can live together. There are 5 people on this trip, so I hope to live together. Later, due to other reasons, I booked 3 standard rooms, and because there was no elevator on the standard room floor, I changed to a standard room + a two-bedroom suite, which was upgraded for free. The room is spacious and clean, the receptionist is friendly, and the overall service is satisfactory. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the beach, three minutes from 7-11, and 10 minutes from big-c. There are many restaurants around. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is on a road next to the beach and you have to pass through a restaurant to enter. It's easy to find the entrance the first time you go. The two-bedroom family suite we booked has a large area, reasonable layout, and all the necessary equipment. This is very suitable for a large family. Moreover, the balcony on the first floor can directly access the swimming pool, which is very good. The price is relatively reasonable during the Spring Festival. It is very close to Kamala Beach, just a few steps away. It is also very convenient for eating and massage nearby. Kamala Beach is not recommended because there are two large sewage rivers that discharge directly into the sea. The water quality is turbid and the beach is not very good. Although Surin Beach to the north also has a small sewage outlet, the water quality is much better, and there is a place for snorkeling with many small fish.
