Well this is probably the best value you will get in patong , stayed just after new years paid 2200 baht for 3 nights . The location is great , just near the end of bangala rd so you are close to everything , room clean , the room is outdated but for the price No complaint from me

Excellent value for money, location, cleanliness. The lack of air conditioning did not bother, because due to the location, the rooms are not hot, there was enough fan. Cleaning is beyond praise.
